Our hosting plans are offered exclusively to our web development clients.

We only build and host Ruby on Rails applications. While we may integrate with and recommend other services and technologies, we focus our development efforts Ruby on Rails because we believe it is the clear choice in terms of speed, cost and flexibility.

No Formal Service Level Agreement
While we do not offer a formal service level agreement, and do not guarantee 100% uptime, we feel that the hosting solutions we provide include the ideal combination of features, reliability, and cost effectiveness, for the applications we develop.

Ongoing Development
Hosting plan subscription fees do not include development fees, although we invite you to contact us to request an estimate for your project.

Subscription Pricing
We aim to provide a competitive pricing structure for our hosting plans, and highly value long term relationships with our clients, however, our prices are subject to adjustment as the need arises.

Refunds
If you wish to cancel your hosting plan, please contact us. If you have pre-paid for future hosting services, a prorated refund will be issued for future services you have paid for but will not be utilizing.

Moving In
If you’d like to revamp or extend a Ruby on Rails web application built by someone else and for us to host your web application, please contact us to discuss your project.
